Hot Toddy (Alcoholic Cocktail Irish coffee cup)

STEP 1
Whisk together the whiskey and honey and divide between 2 heatproof glasses. Add half the cinnamon stick to each one and then top up with 200 ml of boiling water.

STEP 2
Add a splash of lemon juice to each, then taste and add more according to your preference. Finish each with a lemon wedge, studded with a clove, and serve immediately.
